Service Description
Indigenous Rooted Training of Trainers is a culturally grounded program designed to prepare helpers, facilitators, and community leaders to carry wellness work in a good way. This training is rooted in relationship, story, and cultural teachings, supporting participants to move beyond theory into lived practice. Through guided learning, circles, and land-based approaches, participants build the confidence, responsibility, and skills needed to hold space for others. This is not just training — it is a pathway of becoming. Participants are supported to: Facilitate circles and group spaces with cultural grounding Understand trauma, grief, and wellness through Indigenous perspectives Carry stories with respect, consent, and relational accountability Step into helper, mentor, and leadership roles within their communities
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life circumstances, weather, travel, and community needs can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we ask that you provide at least 24–48 hours’ notice whenever possible so the time can be offered to someone else. For community or organizational bookings, any major schedule changes should be discussed as soon as possible so we can adjust travel, planning, and preparation respectfully. Our work is relational and community-centred. If unexpected situations arise, we will do our best to find a respectful solution together. If you have any questions or need to make changes, please reach out directly and we will walk through the next steps with you.
