Land-based session using culture, nature, and circle to support healing and connection.

Service Description
The Land-Based Program Component reconnects participants with the land as a place of learning, healing, and cultural continuity. Through hands-on experiences such as traditional skills, seasonal teachings, circle gatherings, and time spent on the land, participants strengthen their relationship with nature, community, and cultural identity. The land provides a space where teachings can be carried in a practical and meaningful way. Participants learn through doing—working together, sharing responsibilities, and reflecting on the values that guide respectful relationships with the land and with one another. These programs support wellbeing by encouraging balance, cultural connection, and intergenerational learning. Elders, cultural helpers, and facilitators guide participants in understanding how the land continues to shape identity, resilience, and community strength.
Cancellation Policy
We understand that life circumstances, weather, travel, and community needs can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we ask that you provide at least 24–48 hours’ notice whenever possible so the time can be offered to someone else. For community or organizational bookings, any major schedule changes should be discussed as soon as possible so we can adjust travel, planning, and preparation respectfully. Our work is relational and community-centred. If unexpected situations arise, we will do our best to find a respectful solution together. If you have any questions or need to make changes, please reach out directly and we will walk through the next steps with you.
