Service Description

Leadership within Spirit Storycatching Network is rooted in relationship, responsibility, and cultural accountability. Our leadership approach recognizes that strong communities grow when leaders walk alongside their people with humility, listening, and care. Rather than focusing only on authority or position, leadership is understood as a commitment to guidance, service, and the protection of community wellbeing. Through cultural teachings, land-based learning, and relational practice, leadership is supported as a shared responsibility—one that encourages mentorship, strengthens local helpers, and creates pathways for youth and emerging leaders to step forward. This approach helps ensure that leadership is grounded in community values, cultural knowledge, and long-term sustainability.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that life circumstances, weather, travel, and community needs can change. If you need to cancel or reschedule a session, we ask that you provide at least 24–48 hours’ notice whenever possible so the time can be offered to someone else. For community or organizational bookings, any major schedule changes should be discussed as soon as possible so we can adjust travel, planning, and preparation respectfully. Our work is relational and community-centred. If unexpected situations arise, we will do our best to find a respectful solution together. If you have any questions or need to make changes, please reach out directly and we will walk through the next steps with you.
